Bio

My name is Kamarie Miles; I am the wife of a wonderful, godly man, and mother to three adorable little boys. Lane is 6 yrs old; he is the source of much laughter in our home and he never slows down. Hudson, our youngest son is 3 years old; he truly is a miracle and a gift from God. He was born with Down Syndrome and a congenital heart defect. He's a healthy, growing boy and you will not meet a happier baby. God has used my boys to make me more like Him. On August 3, 2010 we officially adopted, Kole Isaiah Miles from Ukraine. Kole is 7, and he also has Down Syndrome, and God led us to him through Reece's Rainbow Down Syndrome Orphan Ministry. He has transitioned beautifully into our family. He is a happy and humorous; he loves to give hugs and kisses to all. As of November 2011, we are a homeschooling family.

I was born and raised a New Englander; but while getting my Bachelor's Degree in Christian Studies I met and married a Georgia boy. We now live in south Georgia. My husband is in his final year of seminary and I am slowly but surely working toward my Master's Degree in Accounting.

I love being a stay-at-home Mom. I really enjoy studying theology, missiology, philosophy, history, and political science. I love to drink coffee and talk about the aforementioned with my much more intelligent husband. My favorite times are spent being goofy with my kids and being outside.

I have been a follower of Christ since the age of 19 and I am grateful that He has chosen to adopt me into His family. If I could live anywhere in the world and do anything, I would return to China to share the Gospel.

"Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven."
